Our mission
Funding generated is used for the morale events for the Utah Air National Guard members of the 151 Air Refueling Wing (ARW). As a single point for donations, the MWMBC can pool funds to one location and any organization within the 151 ARW can apply to that single entity for funding of their events.

To become the leading Private Organization representing the 151 ARW, local community and providing a strong upstanding image to all business connected to us.
About us
The Mountain West Militia Booster Club (MWMBC) is a nonprofit corporation that solicits funding from its members, local community, business and government grants. The funding generated is used for morale events for the Utah Air National Guard members of the 151 Air Refueling Wing (ARW). As a single point for donations, the MWMBC can pool funds to one location and organizations within the Guard can apply to that single entity for funding of their events. If the administration knows of the needs for the 151 ARW and their tenant organizations, they can offer gifts to the Wing Commander in Charge (CC) to disseminate those funds to sub-CC’s for their intended use. The MWMBC is a Private Organization (PO) a self-sustaining interest group, set up by members acting outside the scope of any official position they may have in the federal government.
The MWMBC relies heavily on Guard donations, commercial sponsorship, and federal grants to be able to afford events for troops and their families. The base-wide events that 151 ARW provides cannot be held without business support. Thus, having one PO that provides authorized funding with no limit to their earning and holdings, the more events the 151 ARW can offer to base personnel
CHRISTOPHER FOOTE, President
Christopher Foote is president of Mountain West Militia Booster Club (MWMBC) and a member of the MWMBC Executive Council.
As president of MWMBC and founder, Christopher, is responsible for the company’s strategic strategy and corporate operations. His responsibilities include developing the company’s growth and productivity initiatives, forming new business and nonprofit partnerships, enhancing MWMBC’s local presence and providing functional support.
As a member of the Utah Air National Guard Lieutenant Colonel Foote is the Commander of the 151st Security Forces Squadron.
Christopher is a native of West Valley City, Utah and earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Utah.
BARRY GORRINGE, Vice President
Barry Gorringe is the Vice President of the Mountain West Militia Booster Club and a member of the MWMBC Executive Council.
As the Vice President of the MWMBC, Barry assists the President in advising, developing, maintaining, and advocating the needs of the organization. He also fills the Presidents positon in his absence.
As a member of the Utah Air National Guard, Major Gorringe serves as the Commander of the 151st Force Support Squadron.
Barry earned a Bachelors of Science degree from Utah Valley University and a Masters Degree in Leadership from Argosy University.
Christopher foote, Treasurer
As Treasurer of the MWMBC Chris is a responsible custodian for the Financial Planning and Reconciliation of the funds and accounts that are used by the MWMBC. Additionally, he is the point of contact for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for the Booster Club.
Jesse Hegeman, Secretary
Jesse Hegeman is the Secretary of the Mountain West Militia Booster Club (MWMBC) and a member of the MWMBC Executive Council.
As the Secretary of MWMBC Jesse is responsible for recording the minutes of all membership and executive board meetings, prepare required correspondence, and have custody of all organization records. It is her responsibility to provide officers and committees with all necessary papers and materials. Jesse keeps file of letters received, copies of letters sent, committee reports, treasurer reports, membership rosters, and lists of committees in an organized fashion.
As a member of the Utah Air National guard MSgt Hegeman is the Recruiting Office Flight Chief.
Jesse earned 2 Associates Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Food/Nutrition and Human Resource Management. He also has earned a Bachelors and Master’s Degree of Business Administration from Wayland Baptist University.
